Debra "Debbie" Pickett, CHRS, LUTCF
Debbie began her insurance career in 1988, specializing in Long Term Care, Medicare Supplements, and Medicaid planning. She has taught insurance pre-licensing at LSU-S. Prior to entering the insurance industry, she was Assistant Vice-President with First Federal Savings & Loan Association.
Debbie works with a group of insurance professionals at Executive Financial Group. As a Senior Adviser, she specializes in Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicare Part D Plans, Long Term Care Policies, Single Premium Annuities, and Life Insurance.
Debbie is a currently the treasurer for CHEN (Community Health Education Network) where she has been a member since 2009. She is also a past president of the Shreveport Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. She received the 2006 Felix Arceneaux Distinguished Service Award. She has also been active in the American Business Women's Association and was Woman of the Year in 1998 for the OrNoir Chapter.

Stephanie is a life-long resident of Bossier City. She is a graduate of Airline High School and subsequently attended LSU-S where she studied mathematics and history education. She and her family spent several years participating in ministry with Shreveport's homeless population. She has spent thirteen years in the customer service industry, with six of those years as a manager.
Stephanie strives to display honesty and integrity in every interaction both business and personal. She tries to treat each client the way she would want her family treated.
